Do you have Public Liability Insurance (PLI)?
Yes - Health and Safety of both the public and our staff are of the utmost importance to us. For more information please see our Health and Safety Page .
We are fully insured, including public liability insurance and all our equipment is maintained to high safety standards and is fully tested before each booking. We can provide documentation if required for event organisers or councils. This usually includes a risk assessment and method statement, also known as RAMS.
What services do you offer?
We provide a full range of event hire services, including stage hire, sound & lighting hire, generator hire, crowd control barriers, and complete event production packages. Whether you're planning a small private event or a large-scale festival, we can supply everything you need.
What locations do you cover?
We cover events Nationwide. But predominantly the Midlands, including Leicester, Coventry, Birmingham, Nottingham, Derby, and London. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, just get in touch.
Can we hire a stage and erect it ourself?
No - Our insurance covers only trained employees to erect and dismantle our stages
Can I individually hire either the stage or the PA system?
Yes - We can supply just a stage, just a PA system or a complete package with or without lighting and power
Do I have to supply security?
Maybe - If any of our stages are to be left on site overnight 24 hour security is a necessity
What are your payment terms?
We require a deposit upon booking with the final balance payable 7 days in advance of your event. We can also offer a low deposit with staged payments scheme upon request. Full T&Cs are supplied upon booking.
Do you accept cash payments?
Yes - Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer but we will accept payment by cash. We no longer accept payment by cheque. Whether paying by bank transfer or cash, VAT is applied to ALL invoices
Do you offer full event packages?
Yes - We specialise in complete event solutions, combining stage hire, sound systems, lighting, and power (generators) into one seamless package. This is ideal for festivals, corporate events, and outdoor shows.
Can you help with both small and large events?
Absolutely. We work on everything from private parties, weddings and corporate events, to large festivals and public events, scaling our stage, sound, lighting, and generator hire to suit your needs.
Do you provide delivery, setup and collection?
Yes - we offer a full service including delivery, professional setup, on-site support if required, and collection after your event. We make the process as stress-free as possible.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak event season. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute stage hire, generator hire, and event equipment requests, so feel free to contact us.
Are your generators suitable for outdoor events?
Yes - our generator hire service is perfect for outdoor events, festivals, and remote locations where mains power isn’t available. We can advise on the right size generator for your setup.
Are your stages suitable for outdoor events?
Yes - our stage hire service is perfect for events of all sizes, including festivals, performances, and corporate events. We offer a range of indoor stages, outdoor stages, and mobile stage hire options, and can advise on the best size and setup to suit your event requirements.
Do you provide sound and lighting for live music events?
Yes - we specialise in sound & lighting hire for live music, DJs, and performances. We can tailor the setup depending on your event size and requirements.
